President - The President , is in charge to see that you have a place
to hold the Meeting ! Flowers sent out in case of
death of a love one . { Imediate Family }
Vice President - to sit in for the President & assume his duties
Sec. & Tres. - To see that all monies for
dues , are collected & distribuated , for
proper use as the membership may decide .To also keep records on
Local meetings,business
which may come before it !
Legislative Rep. - Deal with & inform the membership about all pending
Legislation .
Trustee : Each Year to See That the Monies & Taxes Have Been paid
& to see that Monies have been Distrubated in Proper Way in accord with your constitution !
